El Paso Health utilization review personnel is available by telephone at least 40 hours per week during normal business hours between 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST), Monday through Friday. On each day that is a legal holiday and after-hours, El Paso Health’s calls will be received by an answering service who will transfer the call to the Medical Director or designee.
